General Questions                  Event Appointment Reservation                    1.  Q: How far in advance should I reserve for my wedding event?                          A: Usually 9-12months in advance.  Please contact us once you have the event date, so we may secure your event appointment.                                 This apply especially for the wedding season events.                     2.  Q: What do we need to reserve an appointment?                           A:  We will need a sign contact and 50% deposit of event total to secure the appointment.                     3.  Q: What forms of payments do you accept?                           A: Visa, Master, Discover, Cash, Check, PayPal.  Credit card processing fee is 3.25%.  PayPal processing fee is 2.9%                               Exception: Preview session balance is Cash Payment Only.                      4.  Q: Do I need to schedule a preview prior to my event reservation?                           A: Once you have viewed our gallery and if you are comfortable with our creative bridal or special event design.                               We can immediately reserve your appointment to secure the event time.                      5.  Q: Can we add more services to my event?                            A:  We can add additional member for services, if our schedules allows.  Please check with us as soon as possible.
